Qualifications

• Evaluate patients for rehabilitation services within 24 to 48 hours of physician’s orders.
• Develop effective treatment plans.
• Communicate with physician, clinical managers, and other team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation, treatment, and supervision of patients.
• Conduct in-services and training for facility staff.
• Maintain professional documentation of services.
