Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab in Winter Garden, FL seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide home-based services to geriatric patients on a PRN, flexible schedule basis. You will evaluate and treat patients, coordinate with families and healthcare teams, and document care in the EMR.

New graduates are welcome to apply, with compensation at $90–$110 per evaluation or treatment depending on patient needs and setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Speech Therapy.
• Active Florida SLP license.
• New graduates and experienced therapists welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat geriatric patients in home settings.
• Communicate with families, physicians, and other health professionals.
• Complete accurate daily documentation in the EMR.
