Job summary

AdvantageCare Rehabilitation is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to join the Valley View team in Montoursville, PA. You will serve adults and geriatrics, providing evaluations, treatment and dysphagia management on a flexible PRN schedule.

This role emphasizes clinical autonomy, collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, and ongoing opportunities to grow. Licensure in PA is required; CCC-SLP is preferred; solid documentation and professional engagement are expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility.
• CCC-SLP preferred.
• Experience with adult or geriatric populations is a plus.
• Skilled nursing, dysphagia and cognitive-communication experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Collaborative, patient-first approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Speech, language and cognitive-communication evaluations and treatment.
• Dysphagia and swallowing assessment and intervention.
• Development of individualized, functional treatment plans.
• Cognitive-linguistic treatment.
• Patient, family and caregiver education.
• Collaboration with PT, OT, nursing and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Documentation of evaluations, treatments, progress and discharge recommendations.
