Job summary

Immanuel Pathways PACE in Omaha, NE, seeks a Speech Language Pathologist for Pathways Omaha on a PRN, daytime schedule. You will evaluate and treat participants, collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), and support durable medical equipment needs as part of a comprehensive care plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders required.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders preferred.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship (CF).
• Passing Praxis Examination for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive in-person speech-language evaluations and collaborates with the IDT to develop individualized plans of care.
• Performs reassessments for participants on active caseload at least every six months.
• Evaluates functional status and therapeutic needs; monitors progress and discusses treatment plans with participants and IDT.
• Maintains accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Contributes to policy development and quality improvement in speech therapy services.
