Job summary

Mission Care Center in Rosemead, CA is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a PRN position within our in-house rehab program. The role includes screening, evaluating, and treating communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, with a flexible work schedule designed for work-life balance.

Qualifications

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) required.
Open to SLPs at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, developing appropriate care plans.
Deliver rehabilitative treatment to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders.
Evaluate treatment outcomes and modify services based on patient evaluation and referrals.
Provide consultation to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in adherence to regulatory and clinical requirements.
