Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab in Port St. Lucie, FL is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide geriatric therapy in home or assisted living settings.

This PRN position offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and the opportunity to use your clinical judgment to help older adults maintain independence. You’ll evaluate and treat patients, communicate with families and healthcare teams, and document encounters in the EMR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Speech Therapy.
• Active Florida SLP license.
• New graduates and experienced therapists are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in assisted living and/or home settings
• Communicate with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Complete accurate, thorough daily documentation in the EMR
