Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse for Burruss Correctional Training Center in Forsyth, GA. The role provides flexible, as-needed nursing coverage within a structured correctional healthcare setting.

Ideal candidates hold an active GA RN or compact license and CPR certification, with experience in behavioral health, ER, or corrections. You will work weekends and holidays as needed, delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Georgia or compact license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification (active).
• Experience in Behavioral Health, ER, Med-Surg, or correctional healthcare.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical thinking.
• Ability to work independently in a structured environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients.
• Administer medications and treatments; perform assessments.
• Respond to clinical needs and emergent situations.
• Collaborate with providers, mental health staff, and nursing team.
