Job summary

Senior Care Solutions is seeking a compassionate PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to provide Medicare home health services in St. Petersburg, FL. The RN will perform SOC/ROC, assessments, care plans, med administration, wound care, and education in patients’ homes.

Travel to covered areas is required, with independent practice and collaboration with the clinical team. Requirements include an active Florida RN license, BLS/CPR certification, and at least one year of nursing experience; home health

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform Start of Care (SOC), ROC, Recertification, Routine, Evaluation, and Discharge visits.
• Complete comprehensive patient assessments and OASIS documentation when applicable.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized plans of care.
• Administer medications, wound care, and other skilled nursing services.
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and safety.
