Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in establishing the plan of care, coordinate and implement care delivery across the continuum.
• Analyze comprehensive information pertinent to the patient's care and management to determine nursing diagnosis.
• Continually utilize the nursing process to evaluate patient's progress towards goals and apply appropriate interventions.
• Employ strategies to promote health and a safe and healthy environment.
