Job summary

PAM Health is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our inpatient therapy team on a PRN, flexible schedule of 8-20 hours per week. The ideal candidate has prior hospital experience or a strong willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will deliver direct patient care, support treatment plans, and contribute to high-quality care across PAM Health’s facilities.

Qualifications

• PTA license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides.
• Current BLS certification required.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care and implement individual treatment programs under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Support development and refinement of treatment plans; be flexible to meet system needs across PAM Health facilities.
