Sobe Innovative Rehab, an outpatient therapy-at-home provider, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for PRN home visits in Tarpon Springs, FL. This geriatric-focused role offers pay of $65 per 4-unit treatment and a flexible schedule.

You will provide skilled PT treatments under the plan of care, help residents improve mobility and independence, communicate with physicians and families, and complete timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Florida PTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care.
• Help patients improve mobility, function, and independence.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the care team.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation.
