Job summary

Symbria is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. You will collaborate with the Physical Therapist to develop and implement treatment plans, while supporting residents to maintain independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Acute care/long-term care experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Physical Therapist to establish goals and execute treatment plans.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Help patients achieve outcomes while partnering with the community you serve.
