Broad River Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Chillicothe, Ohio Skilled Nursing Facility on a PRN basis. You will evaluate and treat residents under physician orders, using a range of PT procedures and assistive devices to maximize functional potential in daily living.

Flexible scheduling supports both consistent and on-demand coverage. PRN role offers 15-25 hours per week with a premium rate.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy license in state of employment.
• Degree in Physical Therapy.
