Job summary

3D Physical Therapy is seeking a PRN contract Physical Therapist to provide independent coverage at our Dallas outpatient orthopedic clinics. You will evaluate and treat patients, delivering evidence-based care in a flexible schedule that fits your availability.

This independent contractor role pays per patient visit, with no standard weekly hours, and opportunities to build ongoing PRN relationships with a locally owned practice.

Qualifications

• DPT degree and Texas PT license required.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Able to independently evaluate and treat patients.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Commitment to exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat outpatient orthopedic patients as scheduled.
• Provide evidence-based treatment per established plans of care.
• Communicate with the patient’s primary therapist and clinical team.
• Maintain continuity and quality of care during PRN coverage.
• Create the same high-quality patient experience in each visit.
• Accept PRN opportunities based on availability.
