Continuum Therapy Partners in Missouri is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join a team that values your clinical voice and flexibility. You will work daytime PRN shifts at Foxwood Springs in Raymore, collaborating with a multidisciplinary group to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements include a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), an active Missouri PT license (NPTE) and a preferred 1 year of PT experience.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
