Job summary

PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Denver is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for a PRN role in the hospital's rehabilitation team. You will evaluate patients, create and implement individualized treatment plans, and work with a multidisciplinary group to restore mobility and independence.

Inpatient experience is preferred; CO PT licensure and BLS are required. Flexible schedule and meaningful work with patients and families are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapy license in Colorado.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional independence.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and rehabilitation team members to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and safety techniques.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, hospital policies, and ethical practice guidelines.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as needed.
