Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for PRN daytime coverage at Heritage Hall Blackstone in Blackstone, VA. You will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to support individualized treatment plans and contribute to high-quality patient care.

Ideal applicants hold an accredited PTA program degree, an active state license, and strong communication skills to educate patients and document progress. Prior PTA experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active, unencumbered PTA license in the state.
• One year of PTA experience preferred.
• Associate degree from PTA program required.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
