Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in Physical Therapy and current state license.
• Current registration with the American Physical Therapy Certification Board
• Prefer minimum one year experience in rehabilitation
• Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care
• Demonstrate competency in applying the principles, methods, materials and equipment used in specific therapy discipline
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements

Responsibilities

• Be part of a dedicated therapy team and provide therapy services.
• Flexible scheduling with PRN hours and regional management support.
• Deliver therapy across multiple facilities as needed (SNF, outpatient, LTC or home health).
