Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans as developed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, activities, and functional tasks.
• Monitor and document patient progress, including responses to therapy.
• Educate patients and families on strategies to improve daily functioning and independence.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
