Qualifications

• Active Kentucky Occupational Therapy Assistant license or eligibility to obtain Kentucky licensure.
• ACOTE-accredited OTA program completion is required.
• NBCOT examination must be passed and state licensure requirements met.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled Occupational therapy services in a skilled nursing facility (long-term and short-term rehab).
• Collaborate with therapy team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse patient recovery needs.
• Document patient progress and communicate with team members and other healthcare providers.
