Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for PRN daytime coverage at Heritage Hall Dillwyn, Dillwyn, VA. You will work under supervision of an OT, applying individualized treatment plans and educating patients on adaptive equipment and home exercises.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate Degree in OTA, a COTA license and NBCOT certification, plus 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• An Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant is required.
• State COTA license and NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of prior COTA experience preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and status changes to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
