Job summary

Continuum-Therapy-Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Mineral Point Health Services team on a PRN daytime schedule. You will implement individualized treatment plans under supervision, document patient progress, and educate patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

The role offers flexibility to work around your schedule while delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
