Job summary

Concept Rehab, Inc. is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care in a skilled nursing setting in Hopedale, OH.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active Ohio OT license.
• Strong clinical reasoning, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve independence and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress accurately and according to facility standards.
