Qualifications

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, or license eligible.
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills; ability to develop and implement treatment plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

Evaluate clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities using observations and standardized tools.
Create personalized treatment plans and educate clients and families on daily activities and equipment.
Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans.
Advocate for clients' needs and connect them with community resources.
