Job summary

Varco Home Health is seeking a PRN LVN to perform in-home nursing visits in Corpus Christi, TX and surrounding areas. You’ll work on your own schedule, delivering skilled care, education, and documentation with a patient-focused approach.

You will be part of a small, dedicated team, offering meaningful work, independence in the field, and a steady patient volume. Texas LVN license is required to provide high-quality, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to patient needs.
• Reliable transportation & license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled in-home nursing visits based on the plan of care.
• Perform vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and catheter care.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN Case Manager.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, safety, and disease management.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with the care team.
