Job summary

PAM Health is seeking a per diem Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to join our inpatient team in Texas. The ideal candidate has inpatient hospital experience or a strong desire to learn, and supports OT plans of care under supervision.

You will provide direct patient care, help plan and implement discharge-ready treatment programs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery for chronically and critically ill patients. Flexible scheduling enables work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Licensed as OTA in the state where the hospital resides.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and develop/execute individualized OT treatment plans under OT supervision.
• Be flexible to meet system needs across multiple facilities and schedules.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
