Qualifications

• Current unrestricted registration and license in Colorado.
• One year nursing practice in a patient care setting.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

• Create home health care plans that align with MD orders and patient's goals.
• Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions.
