Qualifications

• Physical Therapy Assistant degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy Assistant License.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Responsibilities
