Job summary

Caremaster Medical Services is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home care team on a PRN basis in Covington, GA. The position offers flexible hours and opportunities to work with a variety of clients at different times.

Qualified candidates hold a current, unrestricted Georgia RN license and have 1+ years of RN experience, preferably in home health or community nursing. Travel and reliable transportation are required to visit clients in their homes.

Qualifications

• Georgia RN license required.
• 1+ year RN experience.
• Experience in home care or similar setting preferred.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial client admissions and nursing assessments in the home.
• Conduct supervisory visits and monitor client care quality.
• Assess changes in client condition and communicate findings.
• Coordinate with clients, families, caregivers, and care team.
• Complete accurate nursing documentation and visit reports.
• Ensure care follows the established plan of care and is patient-centered.
• Provide professional, compassionate nursing care.
