As a DSP, you will assist clients with daily living tasks, encourage independence, and support community-based activities, with trainings provided by the company.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Successful passing of a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to clients in home or community settings.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and meal planning.
• Support clients in activities toward personal goals and community access.
• Document daily activities and notes in the client system.
• Attend required trainings and staff meetings.
