Job summary

Concerto Renal Services in the Greater Boston area seeks a PRN Dialysis Nurse to supervise dialysis care, follow policy and training, and collaborate with the hemodialysis team.

You will perform direct hemodialysis care, educate patients on renal health, supervise dialysis technicians, monitor treatments, document outcomes, and ensure regulatory compliance in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Current State RN license or Compact license.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in any practice area; 3 months dialysis experience preferred.
• BLS Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct hemodialysis care, assessments, medications, and patient education.
• Delegate tasks to dialysis technicians and supervise performance.
• Monitor patient response, adjust treatment plans, and document interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to coordinate care.
• Maintain electronic records and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
