Job summary

Reedy River Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver skilled therapies aimed at improving function and residents’ quality of life.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, thorough documentation, and collaboration with nursing staff to implement restorative programs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with PCC/ Casamba preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments as directed by the supervising OT.
• Follow physician orders and individualized treatment plans.
• Document daily treatments, weekly progress notes, and resident outcomes accurately.
