Job summary

Hanover Hall Nursing and Rehab – Hanover, PA seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for PRN coverage to support our rehabilitation team. You will provide OT treatments under supervision, assist with screenings, and help create and monitor treatment plans in a skilled nursing setting.

Ideal candidates hold an active PA COTA license (or eligibility), an associate degree, and strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active Pennsylvania COTA license (or eligible).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to high-quality, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Assist with resident screenings and treatment planning.
• Deliver individualized, goal‑oriented care to improve function and independence.
• Document services and communicate progress with the therapy team.
