Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services – ABQ/RIO is seeking compassionate, dependable PRN caregivers to provide high-quality care to seniors in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This PRN role pays $25.00 per hour and offers flexible scheduling.

The successful candidate will have an active CNA license, reliable transportation, and a commitment to keeping clients safe, comfortable, and independent. Previous home care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license in good standing.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass required background screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social interaction.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Medication reminders.
• Transportation and errands as needed.
• Observe and report changes in client condition.
