Job summary

ShiftKey enables independent Certified Medication Technicians to bid on per diem CMT shifts posted by a vast network of healthcare facilities—based on criteria you select. Choose the facilities you want, on days you want, and bid the rate you want.

You know better than anyone that CMTs are essential to a facility's medical team. Your role is to keep patients comfortable and on the road to recovery, with duties including medicine distribution and care plan updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid CMT license in Missouri required.
• Experience providing direct resident care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care including medication distribution.
• Follow individualized care plans for each resident.
• Maintain and update current individualized care plans.
• Provide timely interventions and notify care staff and family as instructed.
