Sunsational Swim School LLC in Charlotte is hiring private swim instructors to bring personalized 1-on-1 or small group lessons to clients at their private or community pools in North Charlotte.

You control your schedule, choose your clients, and earn $43-$60 per hour with liability insurance and fast onboarding. We handle scheduling and billing so you can focus on teaching and safety.

Qualifications

• Swim instruction experience (private lessons, lifeguarding, competitive swimming, or swim team coaching).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Passion for water safety and working with all ages.
• Self-motivated and professional.
• Pay: $43 - $60 per hour.
• Type: Contract, Part-time, Full-time.
• Schedule: Choose your own hours - 7 days a week availability.
• Location: Travel to client pools in North Charlotte area.

Responsibilities

• Teach personalized 1-on-1 or small group swim lessons.
• Travel to clients' private pools and community pools in North Charlotte.
• Manage ongoing client bookings and progress through packages.
• We handle scheduling, billing, and customer service - you just teach.
• Maintain liability insurance coverage for each lesson.
