Job summary

Headway is seeking licensed psychiatric nurse practitioners to start or grow a private practice on your terms. You'll have autonomy over your schedule, patient load, and work environment, while Headway handles credentialing, insurance navigation, and administrative tasks.

As a 1099 independent contractor, you’ll receive built-in EHR tools, ongoing support for compliance and audits, predictable bi-weekly payments, and access to free continuing education through Headway Academy.

Qualifications

• Licensed psychiatric nurse practitioner with DEA or CDS number.
• ANCC or AANP board certification.
• Valid NPI number and malpractice insurance.
• Ability to start or grow a private practice with Headway.

Responsibilities

• Help start or expand a private practice while controlling schedule and caseload.
• Navigate insurance credentialing and billing with Headway's support.
• Utilize Headway's EHR tools to manage patient records and communications.
