Balr is expanding its private basketball training team across the US. Trainers conduct private and small group lessons, travel to clients' locations, and set their own schedules. You’ll be paid within 24 hours after each lesson, via PayPal, with Balr providing clients and support from the team.

Responsibilities include designing custom lesson plans, assessing progress, and delivering engaging training while ensuring student safety and parental communication. Ownership of equipment is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience providing basketball instruction or coaching to students of any age.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Energetic and engaging personality, especially with children.
• Confident working independently.
• Provide your own basketball training equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-on-1) and small group basketball lessons.
• Flexible scheduling of basketball lessons.
• Safe travel to and from clients' locations.
• Creation of custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability.
• Assessment of students' skills, monitoring progress, and adapting lessons.
• Deliver a fun, comprehensive, and tracked learning experience.
