Balr is rapidly expanding its national private basketball training network in the United States. We’re seeking professional trainers to conduct lessons for players of all ages, traveling to parks, courts, or clients' homes in your area.

Set your own schedule and receive payment within 24 hours after each lesson, with Balr providing clients and support throughout. You’ll build customized lesson plans, assess progress, and deliver engaging, safe sessions that empower the next generation of players.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience coaching basketball.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Energetic and engaging personality, especially with children.
• confident working independently.
• Provide your own basketball training equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-on-1) and small group basketball lessons.
• Flexible scheduling of basketball lessons.
• Safe travel to and from clients' locations.
• Creation of custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assessment of students' skills, monitoring progress, adaptability of lessons.
• Deliver a fun, comprehensive, and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure the safety of students at all times.
