Job summary

The Jewish Community Center of Greater Columbus is seeking a Support/Floater Teacher for the ECLC program. This full-time, non-exempt position supports the lead teacher, helps implement the curriculum, and promotes the emotional, social, and physical development of children.

You will greet children and families, assist in activities, and collaborate with the teaching team while maintaining a safe, welcoming classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices with young children.

Responsibilities

• Follow the lead teacher's plan to implement safe classroom activities.
• Assist in providing and supervising activities that promote development.
