Job summary

SOL Physical Therapy, an Alliance Physical Therapy Partner, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for our Oakland-Montclair location. We offer flex-time and options for full-time, part-time, contract, or per-diem arrangements to fit your schedule.

You'll evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based plans, build relationships with patients, collaborate with PTAs and clinic staff, and document care efficiently. New grads and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist.
• Compassionate mindset with patient relationships focus.
• Interest in growing clinically within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients using individualized, evidence-based plans of care
• Build trusted relationships with patients through meaningful one-on-one care
• Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a team-oriented environment
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans for long-term outcomes
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources
• Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPM
• Support students or teammates through mentorship and leadership when appropriate
