Frontline Personnel is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at 99 Golden Hill Dr, Kingston, NY 12401. The role offers a supportive environment with flexible scheduling and meaningful patient care in a long-term care setting.

Compensation ranges from $49 to $57 per hour based on experience, with benefits including PTO, holidays, 401K, and health/dental/vision options. Daily pay available for added financial flexibility.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license by the State is required.
• New grads accepted.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of tasks in a Long-Term Care rehab, Skilled Nursing Facility for elderly patients.
• Use purposeful activities and interventions to maximize independence and maintain health in individuals limited by physical injury or illness, cognitive impairment, psychosocial dysfunction, mental illness, development disability, or adverse environments.
• Apply skilled observation and perform standardized or non-standardized tests and measurements.
• Interpret results to identify areas requiring physical therapy services.
