Job summary

Addus HomeCare is actively hiring Self Directed Personal Care Aides (PCA) in Montana. This position involves traveling to client homes to assist with daily living activities, including meal prep, mobility, grooming, bathing, light housework, and social interactions.

Applicants who are trained PCA or CNA are encouraged to apply and can start quickly if selected. A 16-hour training course is provided at no cost.

Qualifications

• Currently trained PCA or CNA welcome to apply and start right away if selected and hired.
• This is a great entry-level position with a 16-hour training course at no cost to you.
• Applicants must be able to pass a background check.
• If you drive for the company, a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required.

Responsibilities

• Travel from home to home to assist clients with daily living activities (meal prep, transferring, dressing, bathing, light housekeeping, shopping, socialization).
• Support clients with routine personal care and daily tasks as directed by supervisors.
• Maintain compassionate, respectful care and ensure client safety during visits.
