Job summary

Broadway Home Care Western New York is hiring Personal Care Aides (PCA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our Erie County, NY team.

No experience is required. We offer free PCA certification training (5–6 business days) and an ACD test‑out option for those with caregiving experience.

We provide flexible shifts, weekly pay, health insurance, paid sick time, orientation and in‑service training, and local cases in the Buffalo/Niagara areas. Office: 60 Niagara Street, Buffalo, NY 14202.

Qualifications

• No experience required; compassionate individuals encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to obtain PCA certification through provided training.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Light housekeeping such as meal prep, shopping, and laundry.
• Assist with personal hygiene including bathing and dressing.
• Provide social interaction through games, reading, and conversation.
• Monitor vital signs as instructed.
