Job summary

Care Planning Institute, Inc. seeks a Personal Care Aide to assist an elderly male client in McLean, TX with daily activities such as showering, dressing, and mobility. We are a home care aide service with a long-standing presence and offer same‑day pay options to our caregivers.

This long-term, independent contractor role is 12 hours per week at a total of $22/hour ($18 base + $4 bonus if all shifts are completed). The schedule is flexible but must align with the agreed plan.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver is required.
• Must pass a background check.
• TB skin test required; can be done at local health departments or CVS Minute Clinics and reimbursed.
• Independent contractor engagement.
• 12 hours per week with a flexible schedule, must follow agreed schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist an elderly male client with showering, dressing and walking.
• Maintain safety and follow care plan.
• Communicate any changes to supervisors and document appropriately.
