Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Personal Care Aide in the Westmont area (PA). The role provides 1:1 patient care, assistance with daily hygiene and living activities, and companionship across varied shifts (6p-9p and 10p-2p; 8a-2p on Sundays in Richland).

Qualifications

• One (1) year of verifiable experience in assisting patients in personal care.
• Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition.
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work location.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily hygiene activities, such as bathing, grooming, toileting and nutrition.
• Help with daily living activities, light housekeeping, shopping, meals, and groceries.
• Provide companionship and conversation to support patient well-being.
• Assist patient in navigating the healthcare system by scheduling appointments and communicating needs to nursing staff.
