Job summary

Enhance Therapies' Rehab Alliance in-house management client is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist - Per Diem to join an established therapy program in a skilled nursing setting.

You will evaluate and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders; create personalized care plans; collaborate with the care team; and maintain all documentation and physician orders to meet regulatory requirements. New grads welcome and licensure in state required.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree (MA/MS) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of practice.
• New grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
