MaineHealth's Franklin Hospital is seeking a dedicated RN to join the Medical/Surgical unit as a full-time, flexible nursing role on a 32-bed unit. You will work alongside a supportive team to deliver exceptional patient-centered care and build a broad range of nursing skills while caring for a diverse patient population.

The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians, therapists, and care teams, with opportunities for professional growth and flexible scheduling to meet personal needs.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Licensure: Current RN license in applicable state; BLS cert within 30 days.
• Experience: One year RN experience preferred; familiarity with acute care a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 32-bed Medical/Surgical unit.
• Collaborate with nurses, providers, therapists and other team members.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient outcomes in acute and chronic conditions.
