Qualifications

• Active RN license in Massachusetts (MA).
• ADN or BSN from an accredited program.
• BLS/CPR current; ACLS preferred.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency with EHR/EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care with assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments and procedures per physician orders and protocols.
• Monitor and document patient health status and vital signs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, plans and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EMR/EHR systems.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and escalate as needed.
