Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy Assistant license or license eligible to practice in Vermont.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel; experience with electronic documentation.
• Attention to detail and timely documentation; ability to work in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a team environment.
• Demonstrate ability to document accurately and on time; maintain patient progress notes.
